Every morning you can draw the curtains and open the windows to reveal the most gorgeous view of Chiang Mai’s most dominant and revered feature; the awesome Doi Suthep mountain.

In the afternoon, it becomes a regular magical experience to watch the sun set while sipping a beer or wine.

In the evening, you are spoiled for choice as there are an endless array of delicious restaurants, cafes, co-working spaces and exciting bars to choose from; many with live music.
There is a movie theatre just a stroll down the road at the Maya Shopping Centre plus an abundance of international eateries on the 4th floor. Or simply cross the road and you are in Nimman - a unique array of small street each with secret shops and surprises.
If you want to travel into the Old City, then for a tiny price, you can catch a Red Truck or call a Grab.

Located on Huay Kaew road near the intersection of Canal road, the building itself is very clean and well built with a swimming pool, sauna and gymnasium - all boasting great views from the 5th floor.
There is free wifi internet while inside the building.
There is parking for both pushbikes, motorbikes and cars and a 24 hour security guards, security cameras and security tag on your keyring. If your condo doesn't have a washing machine, there is a 50 baht washing machine on ground floor.
A very popular shop with both men and women is "Nice Nails" on the ground floor.
