LEASE
Please note that we do not rent month to month. The minimum lease is 3 months.
AVAILABILITY
All I need is the date that you arrive in Chiang Mai and how long you intend to stay for. Then use the details below to make contact so I can check our availability.
RATES as of 2024
The rates are still below what they were before Covid; so it is a bargain time for renters. For now, the rates are around B13,000 Thai baht per month (from B15,000). However, we believe that rates will rise again this year - so it's to your advantage to lock in a 6 or 12 month lease.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A simple plain-English lease will be created and signed.
A 2 month bond must be posted upon acceptance.
