Take a drive to a very cool cafe

If you feel like a drive from Chaing Mai city, then head south along the Canal Road for about 30 minutes. You will find this modern and stylish but still relaxed and chilled cafe; made with lots of expensive terrazzo.

Here's my review "Background Muzak. Coffee ok. No soy milk. Unusual cake called LODCHONG made from coconut milk. The atmosphere is calm and chilled. AC not freezing cold; just right."

]]><![CDATA[Make "Mountain View" A Must Have Accommodation Priority In Chiang Mai]]>Mon, 27 Sep 2021 05:59:02 GMThttps://www.chiangmai-condo.com/blog/make-mountain-view-a-must-have-accomodation-priority-in-chiang-maiI was living in Chiang Mai for about one year when I visited a USA friend in her condo near Nimman and saw that she enjoyed this breath-taking view of the majestic Doc Suthep mountain.

I couldn't stop looking at it. It was huge. And green. With a temple right at the top. And while I was taking all this in, the weather was changing before my eyes. Every minute there seemed to be a new sky.

Huge clouds were coming and going, the sunshine popped out between them and then the rain came and gave a welcome wash accompanied by a cool breeze. All within a few minutes.

This magical weather show was included in her rent. I had thought that such an awesome view would've been too expensive and way out of my budget. But she was paying the same monthly rent as I was!

It totally blew me away; and within two weeks I had moved from No View to Amazing View. And Ive stayed here at The Trio Condo ever since.

Now everyday, the first thing I do, is wander out to the balcony, enjoy my morning coffee and think how lucky I am to have this stunning landscape right in front of me.

MY RECOMMENDATION
There are many condos available in Chiang Mai - its a popular place - but very few can offer an uninterrupted mountain view like the rooms at The Trio Condo can.

And those that do, are usually about the same rent as those that dont. Seems strange but that's what Ive discovered.

Because at the end of the day, a pool is just a pool - like gyms, they are the same worldwide.

But a beautiful outlook can inspire and invigorate you in a unique way and becomes one of your enduring memories of your stay in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand.

So my recommendation is that you put ‘Mountain View’ as the top priority on your accomodation list.
